Not to anyone else but you can still believe it when you’re sick. I mostly had auditory hallucinations which are just sound but I thought they were telepathic. Anyway for me knocking noises are an indicator I’m relapsing. I could still hear the knocking on the recording but listening to it later there was nothing but static. This is because you can hallucinate that something is present in the recording or have that delusion.
