The case is not to fit them into but what free time is left for me after doing these activities,no point for me to go 1 hour and a half do gym or a walk and after go home for shower,for lunch and after awhile leave house for job.You should understand that there is no point to push your program to the limits so to force your self for an activity you like,there is no fun to me do like this cause at the end of the day i remain still unhappiness.

Yeah,could fit some of them in,but should wake up earlier which means less sleeping which is bad cause you will go to work and you will feel out of energy.I could go to take guitar lessons twice a week,but no point at all as then i cannot find enough time for home practice.
