Good day............why is it that when my confidence builds the next day WHAMMO...down goes my defense....... I lose it all ... I lost control .....my own confidence is shattered like glass being dropped from 40 feet above. FOOD.. the devil it is....I am sorry.... Is my life nothing but a playground.
