"Be a ligand that is antagonist at receptor A with Ki=1nM and B with Ki=20nM. It is given at dose X.

I administer a B agonist with Ki=5nM at dose Y and there are no effects.

a) Can I assume nearly full saturation of the ligand at receptor A?

b) Is there a dose Y+Z that would produce effects through receptor B with the ligand at dose X?

c) Can I titrate the dose X down until effects are noticed (with constant dose Y), and still assume nearly full saturation of the ligand at receptor A?"

Crazy stuff.. If I am to chose one thing, I have to do it quick.. Cuz time is running out..
