I can't remember if I told you my skin picking solution. I used blister bandaids that are thick and seal tightly so they are hard to pick off so you don't resume picking. They really protect the skin and let it heal. Mine usually last 5-7 days. Last time I was IP I had 4-5 of them at a time; they were very nice about letting me have them.
