You deserve much better than this. I would echo the idea that he may perhaps be passing off onto his mother what are, in fact, his own feelings and position, those which he is not brave enough to take credit for, himself. Teenager stuff. Just a thought. In any event, this just smells and feels bad to me. I think you are being manipulated and mistreated. What you choose to do about that is up to you.
