H is talking about his knee injury and going to the ER tomorrow. I've told him to go to urgent care in the morning if he feels the need. He will be last on the list to be seen in an ER and will be there for hours - he does not understand this. He also wants me to take him. Also, since I am a hospital security guard he thinks I have a secret code to be seen first.
