He is not very charming. He is well put together as far as we talking about appearance, but you can not say he is charming. He is mostly serious and I would say he has a facial expression of dissatisfaction most of the time. Like someone who is frustrated with his life for years. Also hardly he smiles around people in general.
You think his description matches with your parents description?
