Don't get me wrong, I think these can be great tools for many.
But I doubt if they are a ''cure''
I like the idea that we are supposed to accept thoughts and feelings without Judgment.
So many people seem to struggle with ''judgment''
Thoughts?
Also I think there is (or can be) an oversell on CBT..
Especially in this forest, often we are offered little else.

Are we blamed if CBT doesn't ''work''?
are we labelled and shunned as ''unable to benefit from therapy''.. ugh.

Or do we label and shun ourselves.
And where does this labelling and shunning begin? Where does this disappointment begin? Sometimes with rejecting, sick parental units, even violent parental units
