Reason I am asking is that I am being accused of doing something I never did and I was really struggling during this period and spent a lot of time posting here are PC. If I can show I was here, home and posting it will be proof I was not doing what I am accused of doing.

not sure but if this is a legal matter I don't think posting online will show proof that someone was home posting. short version cell phones even back then accessed the internet, also anyone can write a post ahead of time and with a quick click post it on line the date and time they want an alibi
(criminals in my area have been trying to use the internet as an excuse and defense for quite some time and it never flies in courts here in my own location)
my suggestion is if you have been accused of wrong doing contact a lawyer who can get actual legal documents for you.
