A power bowl is a frozen meal that is the newest thing, grains and veggies. Pretty good and filling.

It’s just a stupid waiting game with my lungs, once the Humira is out of my system my lungs should go back to normal. So no reason to see the Doctor sooner.. Humira half life is 3-6 month!!! Argh ! He just added an additional inhaler.
I will have to see if my grocery store carries those bowls. Sounds good !
