I beilieve her hallucinations, delusions are her conscience. One she has is of me. I'm buried in a stream with my head barely above water. Another is her family shouting where is your God.
I thought this was a good sign. Conscience is on tune. She's just blocking it out completely so it's all coming out in her other reality.
But now I'm the enemy. Verified by God's own words.

Hi Slodiggity. I am sorry you are facing the challenge of dealing with a person that seems to be slipping into psychosis. In my experience with a friend, I could not talk them out of it. It required medication and other professionally described treatments.
Will she see a psychiatrist and follow their guidance?
Knowing when they become a threat to themselves or others is important to tune into. If you are not feeling safe, please take precaution (lock your sleeping room, hide the knives or weapons, etc) If things get out of hand, many police departments in US are trained to deal with mentally ill patients.
If they will not get professional help, you could get some yourself and they maybe could guide you how to deal with this very difficult situation.
