Possible trigger:
My cousin had just gotten out of jail, and we were all hanging out at my Nonni and Poppa’s house. He was telling us that there was someone after him from his jail days. The next thing I knew, the creepiest psychopath ever was in the house:, and I knew he was going to murder us all. He went after W first, and stabbed him a couple of times w this long, thin, serrated knife. They fought for a minute, and W managed to punch him hard enough that he fell down. At that moment I realized I could get away and get help, so I booked it out of the house. There was a ton of snow on the ground and i was barefooted, and was practically running on hands and knees to find a house w lights on so i could get help. I woke up mid-run, terrified. Once I realized there was no murderous psychopath in the house w me, I tried my hardest to stay awake so i didn’t fall back into the nightmare.
Whew. We haven’t discussed a dream in a long time!
