Once in awhile I would have dreams in which my son dies. We are together and I was not able to save him. I don’t have them often, but when I do I wake up sweating and I think about it for a long time. One dream we are together on a large boat and it’s sinking and he falls into the water. Almost like in the Titanic movie. Another one is we were crossing the street in NYC and he slipped on the storm drain and fell through the opening he was holding on the bar screaming and I tried to pull him out. He ended up falling and I was listening to him screaming and splashing and then went silent. This is the worst dream I have and I remember very vividly. Just writing this is creeping me out. I’m thankful I don’t have many of these dreams. And they seem to have to do with boats and water. We have never had anything really traumatic happen. Just wondering if someone can tell me these might mean.
