You can get through this. And I know right now seems really stressful with your job and stuff up in the air... but if you can, try and do things that make you feel good.

Go outside and get some exercise, "clear your head" as you always put it.

Most importantly though, don't give up.

The things that mean the most to us in life are often times the things that we have to work the most for. So keep on digging in there, and show those people what you are made of!

And in the mean time, show yourself what you're made of by resisting the SI... because I have no doubt that you are capable of that. You are SUCH a strong woman.
