I've had a good week from an activity perspective. I exercised every day this week and rocked out a lot of physical chores. I also played a lot with my kids. There will probably be a few exercise break days next week due to the holidays, so I'm glad I was able to stick to my goals.
I've eaten too many sweets this week. I plan to cut way back to make room for pumpkin pie on Thursday
BirdDancer, oh no! Tummy troubles are the worst and I've also had that happen after several days of intense stress. I know it is a bit bittersweet given everything going on, but I'm glad you'll be relaxing in Florida soon. Feel better!
