Please do not ever take more than a total of 50mg per day of Vitamin B6. Studies have shown higher doses of B6 can cause peripheral neuropathy.
Yes, any higher amount under supervision only, and then I would ask serious questions.
The more bioavailable form of Vitamin B6 is: Pyridoxal-5-phosphate.
