Well yesterday I spent a long time looking at websites with reasons not to SH. Sometimes that's helpful. Other things that are helpful are taking a nap (can't do that I'm at work), cuddling with my kitties (again, at work), taking a warm bath (again, at I'm at work), rubbing nice lotion where I want to SH (this one I can do), getting distracted (which should be easy because I'm at work but it's our slow time right now so I don't have lots to do), texting a friend (this I can do), and I can't think of what else. I've been having these feelings since yesterday. I think my depression is acting up but IDK. I just saw the Pdoc last week. Sigh. HUGS Kit
