Got up early today 6am and need to do some paperwork. I was on the computer looking at videos of pets way too much until 1120 last night. awful!!!
I wonder if I can lose another 10 pounds in 5 weeks?

I think your doing great ... lot of self control, it’s really hard to not grab something when we are hungry. Good for you.

I love seeing your numbers, it’s my own that trigger me , life long crap !

I think it’s very possible for your continued weigh loss
