I am not managing to eat less calories than I would like, I want to stick to 1300 calories a day but I am averaging 1500.Not low enough, but I checked how many calories I need to eat to lose weight. At my size 313 pounds to maintain my weight I googled it and it says to stay the same weight I need to eat 2400 calories a day and to lose a pound a week I can eat 1900 calories and to lose weight quickly reduce to 1600,so I should still lose at 1500 and I would need to eat a lot more calories to stay the same weight.
I will find out how much weight I have lost when I see the diabetic nurse again on 4 December.

I get really depressed about my weight and how big I am. I am sticking at this diet I am determined to lose the weight and make this a lifestyle change where I only eat healthy foods and don't eat sugar or junk food. I know from experience I get ill if I don't eat healthy food.
