I was just reading on Facebook how to avoid overeating on Thanksgiving and it says not to skip meals and then just choose your 3 favorite foods at your dinner. I usually have good self control as it is but tomorrow I guess I’ll eat the pudding for breakfast, ramen for lunch, and then a couple pieces of turkey, some taffy apple salad, and a little bit of mashed potatoes for dinner. And a very small piece of pie for dessert.
