I cheated on my diet tonight.
Had 2 pieces of fried chicken dark meat...light batter, ate skin and all. And had brussel sprouts that were wonderful. Not sure of the sauce that was on them.
went grocery shopping for tomorrow...making green bean casserole and crawfish dip.
Bought some low carb chocolate mint ice cream called Rebel.....
very tasty but has an after taste. I had about a half a cup at 9pm. I will be eating some carbs tomorrow but will not go crazy. eat a bit of this and that and only go back for something that I love. They cook an organic turkey and brine it I believe. There will be cherry pie for sure. I am also bringing some almonds....and maybe some humus and pita chips that I picked up the other day. There will be 16 of us. I plan on eating a bit of left over meatloaf before we go.
