Can your sister apply for disability transportation? You might be able to qualify to. You both could apply for it. Where I live, it is called the HandiVan. It is really convenient to have.

If she gets it, she can even take you on your appointments, and you would ride as her caregiver. By doing this, you would be going to your appointments too. It is done here all the time. So you wouldn't have to worry about transportation and neither would she.

I would hate to have you miss your appointment.

I know an Uber driver that quit driving, and he told me never taken an Uber or Lyft. Many people don't know the risks that they are taking by riding with them:

He mentioned that there are felons driving for Uber/Lyft because they can't get a job straight out of prison; riders are not covered should an accident occur; Uber/Lyft drivers do not even need a commercial license; Uber/Lyft does not even do drug testing; they don't do employee screening.
