So I found out at 313 pounds to maintain my weight I need to eat 2400 calories and to lose eat 1900 and to lose weight quickly 1600 and I am averaging 1600 some days less 1300,and I know I lose weight cos my tummy is shrinking. So that is good. I will find out how much I've lost next Wednesday when I visit the diabetic nurse, she will weigh me.
Next year 9th January 2020 I am starting a weight management course, where for 12 weeks we will be taught how to eat to lose weight and the psychology of eating.
