I am existing. I am trying to become detatched from my feelings of anxiety towards food as a way to deal with them. My resistence towards food is down - ate 1200 cals today, but worked out and burned 730 cals on the elyptical and did 45 minutes of weights. So I don't feel as guilty. Although I should.
