Thank you for your support.
The holiday was fine.

Have had other issues come up. They have long-term and serious implications.
I have an attorney to assist me, thankfully.
Still processing.
I've just read the ruling on my recent SSDI review, I was classified as "severely disabled." I often need some time to process the "truths" ruled/documented by the SSA.
I have a long-term claim with them. This should be a review .They are treating this as a new claim. It's all messed up. If this is treated as a new claim, I will not meet the earned wages test (because I have been disabled and on SSDI) . I will then be denied, despite being currently classified as "severely disabled." Either way, I will have to hire an SSDI attorney in order to order my prior claim file to prove I have had an ongoing claim for 20+ years and at the time that was initially filed, I did meet the work/FICA requirements, etc. I have no idea as to why they continue to treat this as a new claim. (As a new claim, it is remarkable that a "new claim" is totally approved for total medical disability within 30 days.)
This is just the tip of the iceberg right now.
Pain is the usual chronic pain, somewhat amplified by stress and a very painful injury. Will consult chiropractor/PT tomorrow.
I appreciate the Love and the support!
Love to All!
