Yes, of course I don't really have any idea what might be going on with you. But I experience all of the things you listed in your post & I have Meniere's & tinnitus. I've sometimes described the way I feel as being a "head in a fish bowl" effect.

I went to see a physician where I live who happens to have tinnitus himself & is something of an expert on the subject. Staff at the ENT practice ran me through a whole battery of tests of balance & coordination as well as hearing & diagnosed me as having Meniere's disease. (Actually "disease" is sort-of a misnomer. It's not really a disease in the sense we typically think of disease. It's more of a "condition".) I was fortunate to have health insurance. I would imagine the evaluation I had would have been costly out-of-pocket.
