Saw my Uncle today, he looks really pale. He needs to get a defibrillator fitted into his chest as his heart isn't working properly. He is getting this on Tuesday it has its risks but it equally will save him if he has another cardiac arrest as it will kick into action.

We are fortunate as in Scotland we have mini portable defibrillators all over town ie in supermarkets, shopping centre, along a road. They are very new but if needing them there is a code you get told from paramedics and you get it and take it to whoever needs it. Plus kids are learning what to do in an emergency in schools. I'm glad there is one 10 minutes away from my parents in a car.

In other news I'm really good and looking forward to the start of the week. Makes a change
