Dinner:
6oz of lemon peppered talapia, sauteed in coconut oil
serving of chopped spinach.
4 small dark chocolate squares. normally have 2 after dinner every night.....2 more sounded good!
I may have a bit of low carb ice cream later.

I am happy that you got 2 nights sleep.
Am sad that you suffer with pain and SOB, COPD.
It sounds like you have been productive and that is good, and a distraction.
