Hi, I've been feeling very anxious about almost everything for years, and currently diagnosed with severe depression.
It took a toll on my energy and I feel very tired most of the day, hard to have a good night's sleep, and even panicked after I woke up (mostly when close to deadlines, while my friends are still chilling).
I find exercise is the way to go for my thoughts, but it drains more energy so yeah... And meditation works best too but too much of it makes me feel even more tired and can't concentrate well enough or maybe just too sleepy because of my lack of sleep.
Sometimes I believe I'm just simply lazy but my hands started to shake, or my heart just pumps harder, and I often get headaches and dizziness. I know this is physiologically wrong.
Have you ever had the same experience? How do you usually cope up with the fatigue and stress?
