Four 12 year old friends admitted with Hep B.
How did they all get it? = They wanted to be blood brothers. One was ill but didn't know.

He's shoved an old battery up his nose and damaged that area.
He's given antibiotics.
Doctor doesn't check if he's had his vaccines as it was assumed he had all his vaccinations including Tetanus.

He comes back worse with Tetanus and very very ill now = His mother didn't believe in antibiotics either, so didn't give it to him. She's lucky her kid is alive
