Do you really need to spend that much time with your mother? Even in the most wonderful close families adult kids and their parents don’t really spend every week day together. Maybe weekend? Should you two have a bit of your own lives? I love my daughter dearly but if she wanted to hang out and socialize every evening after work I’d go nuts. It’s a bit unusual.
