At least I worked on an article and got things ready for later today. I also got an early start to shoveling my driveway.

I'm working on articles these days because I can finish them in a several hours, which covers the time I get up early. I'm not working on writing my book but I am taking photos for it so at least it's not a full stop.
Hey, Scooter, I just wanted to say that I really empathize with you and this sleep thing. I am also now on Seroquel (again_ mostly to try to break this sleep logjam). Went to bed early and was wide awake by 2330 or so. Anyway, I just wanted you to hear from someone else in a somewhat similar situation to yours. You are not alone. Hang in there. They/we/someone will figure this out at some point. All the best--
