Stomach pain and anxiety are BFF's
A lot (most?) people who have chronic anxiety have Irritable Bowel Syndrome, which is miserably painful. But there are good treatments for IBS nowadays.

Some teas that can help are peppermint (for any stomach discomfort or nausea), ginger (for nausea), chamomile (for relaxation), and an absolutely lovely tea made by Yogi Tea called Lavender Honey Calming Tea.
