Griffe...i don't know you but i do know this...

you are NOT a piece of *****, you are NOT a pathetic excuse for humanity, you are NOT stupid or an idiot, you are NOT dragging anybody down with this post. What you ARE is a fantastic human being going thru some horrendous stuff. And it's NOT because you deserve it...some of the most fantastic ppl around go thru horrendous stuff too.

now i'm no good at giving advice so i'm not gonna put my foot in it by trying...i'll just say this...

we are all here coz of bad stuff we're going thru or have gone thru. we all have days where we feel useless, pathetic, wanna give up. all i can advise you is...don't give up, keep posting and lean on us when you need to...that's what we're all here for...to help each other hang in there and get thru.

and i know it's not much but sending some love, hugs and good thoughts your way coz you're worth it.
