Lately I’ve been saying a word to snap me out of it. I chose a word that has meaning to me and when I catch myself ruminating I say the word out loud. Oddly enough it’s helping me a little. I also started listing things I’m grateful for when I’m driving to work and other times I tend to overthink. Let me know if you come up with ideas that work
