Just acknowledging that I am here, that I read your post. You're not talking all alone. I can't even begin to offer an opinion on the professionalism, or lack thereof, in your ex's psychologist. Given your thoughts on the psychologist, however, I can say it sounds like someone that wouldn't be of any use to you. I wish you well, and hope you become successful at setting proper boundaries for your ex.
