Hello trixi: I believe this is your first post here on PC. So... welcome to Psych Central.

Thanks for sharing your experience with Melatonin. I did try it at one point but it didn't cause me to sleep any better than usual & I was always groggy all the next day. So it's not something I would take. But everyone's different & it sounds as though it's been positive for you. So that's great!
