Thank you, you've hit the nail on the head...i need to learn to stand up for myself. For some reason i've grown up thinking it's selfish of me to say no or set boundaries...but from this site i'm learning it's not selfish, it's self-care...and i can't be any good to ppl who truly matter if i let selfish ppl grind me down.
