Well, somehow my big mouth recklessly spoke about my resignation plan to my manager. She called me. At first, she seemed nice. She said that she didn't want me to go, that she would look up to a new designer to help me, and to get me a raise.

Today, I got two interview. Unfortunately, both are not fit despite they pay almost twice than my income right now. The first one liked me, but they seem to be worse than my current workplace. The second one is better, but I don't fit for the job.

Meanwhile, there was a big drama when I wasn't around. So, there are a sudden work task that need to be done immediately. They forced me to do the work. I refused. This is my LEAVE DAY. I am eligible to not doing any work today. Besides, I've notified that I'd take leave since Monday. It's their fault, they have times to ask me yesterday and the day before. It is not a sudden work at all, they just too lazy to ask me and want me to work with Godly speed. They refused to back me up. They terrorized my phone urging me to work. All of them. I refuse to be blamed. It's not my fault and I swear now, that I'll fight them back if they try to blame me. I'm sure I'll win, I have everything documented.

I hate this workplace. No one to trust. Those bosses throw the works on me. No one listens to me (well... except the other staff who also overworked like me, but nothing they could do). Her promise in the first paragraph, is just a lie. I never wish to quit so badly like these past weeks.
