Yep! My family is like your husband’s family.. No tight bonds and no drama. Just superficial basic topics. And the only stuff I will reveal to them is anything medical related that I need. And even then that’s only if I have to, usually due to me needing a ride or something else. Glad you feel close though. Yeah it depends on various family dynamics.
