Tomorrow my most important goals for my mental health are:

- Use "light-lamp" together with my breakfast.
- Walk in a park.
- Remember to take my vitamins.
- Make my home clean (dusting, hovering: help for allergies).
- Shop a few things at the grocery store.
- REST.
- Relax in the evening and at Sunday (church-day)
