I hate that when it feels like you've got a one-track comforter, like it might only be T that matters in the whole world and can't figure out how to self-comfort without them.
I don't like being bored or sad so get "frantic" and look for chinks. Finding a good new book to read sometimes works or "making" some good food (I have an artichoke boiling now) or going out to eat with a friend or my husband. Good distractions like that :-) I think that's why I use to have 10 various projects going at once, so I could turn to one and twiddle with it. I'm writing a book now and have 3 blogs going so that works too, LOL. Being in school and always having papers to write helped before.
