It's pretty cool how the human body functions and let's our consciousness know when we need more vitamins and minerals to help us operate better. I once dreamed that I was vitamin B deficient. I mean, I woke up with the very clear messgage, "you are low in all your B vitamins." So, kooky me, asked my doctor to check my B levels. She obliged me and whala -- low in all of my B vitamin levels!

If you listen to your body, a la intuition or sense something's "off" you need to address it, even if feels strange.
