Emily, thank you for replying! Well, I used the pen pal site interpals.net to find pen pals. There are scammers on there but some people are real and want to chat. If you want to just chat, it might be a good site to use and it is free. Although I found it hard to keep up with my pen pals and also did not continually want to teach them English, interpals site did allow me to chat with people all over the world. You can control who contacts you too. It is an ok site. I know some people there are seeking snail mail contacts too if you are into that. I am not. I find the site to be ok but not for language learning. I think I study better on my own. Anyways, you can peruse the site and see if you can make some contacts who would like to chat. Best wishes!
