Hi all!

@TheSeaCat and I are starting a new chat on Fridays at 6pm PST/9pm EST called the Healthy Lifestyle Accountability Chat.

This thread is to check-in throughout the week on your small weekly goals that we will all be setting for ourselves as we grow with each other towards healthy eating and exercise habits. Whether you want to lose weight, have better fitness, manage diabetes, or get better sleep (or anything in the realm of healthy lifestyle and wellness) feel free to share here and join our chat!

I'll start by sharing my current weekly goal, which I'll check in with you all in chat on Friday. My goal this week is to do yoga at home, using my online videos, three times.

Primary Dx: C-PTSD and Severe Chronic Treatment Resistant Major Depressive Disorder
Secondary Dx: Generalized Anxiety Disorder with mild Agoraphobia.
