I hate Fibro and my other chronic pain issues. I’d give almost anything to not have them.

I know for me I use to cry and get so angry I thought I would explode, these things still happen in times of unbearable pain.

What I think helped me the most was to just grieve the loss.

Your losing part of your life.

You cant just make plans and assume it will all work out, often we wake up to a huge flare, so we cancel plans.

Your no longer able to do many of the physical things you never use to struggle with. I use to carry 50lb bags of horse and goat feed and it was no big deal.. now I shudder at the thought of just bringing 50lb dog food in the house.

I had to grieve the loss when I finally accepted I could no longer care for my horses more than basics. This crushed me when I loaded them into the trailer to start there life with a new wonderful family.

You have to make peace with having Fibro fog at times.

But grieving your own personal losses does help ... have a box of tissues as you write them down. I do believe it’s best to physically write them down.

I hope this helps in some way
