In the course of looking into this yesterday I was kind of annoyed to discover that medical providers have known for a while that the A1C test for blood sugar is not accurate and thus you can have diabetes and not know about it.
Frustrating.
Today I am trying day one of "alternate" day fasting. That means I will eat nothing today. Wish me luck.
