I definitely would go with the shower!! I like to have sex when I am at that time of the month. It took me 2 years to want to, and to feel comfortable with it. The first time I did was in the shower, and my hubby is perfectly happy with it that way too....less mess for sure!! But if you don't want to do it in the shower, you can go ahead and shower first and get cleaned up (refreshen....lol) and then do the towel thing like what everyone else is saying on the bed. that way it's not AS messy.
