Here is an interesting article (not medical or academic journal, but it summarizes things well):
Stellate Ganglion Block: SGB For PTSD Treatment

Here is a legitimate medical journal paper:
Evidence Brief: Effectiveness of Stellate Ganglion Block for Treatment of Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) - VA Evidence Synthesis Program Evidence Briefs - NCBI Bookshelf

Trick to finding medical journals:

Go to Google (as you normally would), and type (without quotes) "PTSD ganglion +site:.gov" or "PTSD ganglion +site:.edu"

Using "+site:.gov" tells google to only search government websites, while "+site:.edu" tells google to only search academic websites.

Most FDA stuff is published under www.[some-website].gov, which is why it's good to search for ".gov" websites.
